An experienced, mature personal fitness trainer, Brigit now offers virtual small group sessions to give everyone a chance to get the benefits of personal training. Each session is a healthy mixture of strength, conditioning, balance, and flexibility training.  This is a full-body workout - go all out or modify to pace yourself in your own home!

Combine with a personalized Nutrition Plan to get dramatic results at an accelerated pace.
